Who

Patricia is the Founder & Chief Coaching Strategist for Prevalent Hope Coaching & Consulting LLCSM. As a "disruptor-in-chief," she aims to shake up the stagnant and promote positive change in the lives of women 40 and over.

After 14 years as a marketing and communications professional in the non-profit sector, Patricia realized she was being pulled in a different direction. "What do you really want to do with your life?" was the question that God asked her in August 2020. Through prayer and research, she realized that different direction was health and life coaching. Patricia's Christian upbringing and wise family counsel gave her the foundation in faith that translated into a desire to help those in turmoil.

In addition to her dual health and life coaching certifications from the Health Coach Institute (an International Coach Federation-accredited Continuing Coach Education provider) in Boise, ID, Patricia is also Board Certified in Health Coaching from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in Galveston, TX, and holds a Group Life Coach Certification from the Transformation Academy in Clearwater Beach, FL. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Maryland, Global Campus. Patricia is currently working toward a certification in corporate wellness from the Spencer Institute, a National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association approved provider, in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

As a lifelong learner, Patricia is always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and collaborate with like-minded people. As an extension of that, she has obtained a Certificate of Coaching Behaviors and Resistance from the Universal Coach Institute in Atlanta, GA, and an affiliate membership with the Institute of Coaching, McLean (an affiliate of Harvard Medical School) in Belmont, MA.

To those who know her and love her, Patricia is attentive, peaceful, calm, honest, authentic, and motivational. She is eager to extend those qualities to clients who are ready to move forward and leave the past behind them.
